Columns  Format  Contents

  1-5      I5    Laboratory analysis agency code.
  6-7      2X    Blanks.
  8-68     A61   Agency or organizational name.


        The laboratory analysis agency code is stored in the USGS NWIS
        and WATSTORE data systems as parameter code 00028.

Format descriptions:

   In    an integer field n columns wide.
   An    a character field n columns wide.
   1X    a single blank column.
