Summary of Activity and Data Gathered 1248 images collected Notes (include staff, shop time, etc.) This flight was conducted by a contractor for the Barrier Island Evolution Research (BIER) project, part of the National Assessment for Coastal Change Hazards (NACCH) project. Flight originated at Air Reldan, Abita Springs, La. The survey started at Breton Island, at the southernmost point of exposed island and flew north through the Chandeleur Island, then from Cat Island, Miss. through Dauphin Island, Ala. The survey continued from the mouth of Mobile Bay through to the Ala./Fla. border, stopping to refuel at Gulf Shores. Ala. before completing the survey, then returned to Abita Springs, La.
