  Peter Schweitzer pointed out a couple of minor errors.  
  They entailed changing 2 files in Montana, 2 in South 
  Dakota, and then fixing a description in the report 
  itself.  Peter also noted that we had not defined some 
  terms so we added definitions.  We ended up changing 
  enough files, that we repackaged the whole set of data 
  folders, .zip files and the metadata.
