The text version was modified. Updates were made to reflect current data. Two values in the text were updated. All values in the table were updated. One callout quote was added. In the "References Cited" section, two references were removed and one was added. 

Minor editorial changes were made.  The word "State" was capitalized. All instances of "Web" were changed to lowercase. All instances of "Web site" were changed to "website." In two references, the organization abbreviation was added in square brackets to maintain consistency with the organization abbreviations used in the in-text citations.
