  New scans were made from the original mylar plates from 
  which it was printed; these were saved as PDFs.  The table 
  was reworked as a .xls file and the text was reformatted 
  and proofed as a .doc file.  The table was imported into 
  the text to which were added the proper Hawaiian 
  diacritical marks.  These were safed as a PDF.  This 
  improved version was migrated to
