If users are to utilize these two dBase4 files in another ArcView project they first must import them as event themes into an ArcView project. Booting this ArcView project: All ArcView permissions and absolute paths were modified in order to make this project bootable from any location folder the user wants. First, the user must relocate them in a single folder in a location of their choice. Next, start ArcView and open the existing project by locating the project file (cdapbofp.apr) in the folder that you selected to in the previous step. Once the project is opened and saved it will contain absolute paths to wherever the user places it and can be used by anyone.
