Edited Navigation

The edited navigation was extracted from the SEG-Y headers for each data file using Seismic Unix scripts, and each file was run through a filter to remove spurious data values. These files were then reformatted into ASCII text files. Each file represents a separate trackline, with six fields separated by tabs. The links below allow you to access the files by trackline name.

Field 1: Trackline Name (cres1)
Field 2: Shotpoint Number
Field 3: Longitude (decimal degrees)
Field 4: Latitude (decimal degrees)
Field 5: Year
Field 6: Julian Day and GMT (JD:HR:MIN:SEC)

The edited navigation files can also be located by going to the subfolder EDITNAV inside the NAV folder at the top level of the CD-ROM. All files are stored as flat ASCII text files beginning with an e and having a .TXT extension. (ecres1, ecres2,.......)
