USGS Open-File Report 2011-1165 Digital data from the northeast Tusas Mountains aeromagnetic surveys, north-central New Mexico Drenth, B.J., Grauch, V.J.S., and EDCON-PRJ, Inc. This report contains digital data, image files, and text files describing data formats and survey procedures for a high-resolution aeromagnetic survey in the northeast Tusas Mountains, north-central New Mexico. The northeast Tusas Mountains survey covers a large portion of the Tres Piedras Ranger District of the Carson National Forest and adjacent areas, northwest of the town of Tres Piedras. The digital files include grids, images, and flight-line data. The data files and information about their formats and use are organized into three folders (directories) as follows. Files pertaining to this report are contained in the "report" folder; files pertaining to the gridded data and images are contained in the "grids" folder; files pertaining to the flight-line data are contained in the "linedata" folder; and files pertaining to the color shaded-relief images are contained in the "images" folder. In each folder, ASCII files with the extension "txt" describe the format and contents of the data files. Read the "txt" files before using the data files. To begin, read the file "netreport.pdf" in the "report" folder. This report lists and describes the files available in the other folders.
