In table 8 and 9, multipliers a and c have been corrected to values consistent with English units of discharge, velocity, and depth. Originally, table 8 and 9 contained values of multipliers a and c that were consistent with the International System of Units (SI) of discharge, velocity, and depth. The headnote beneath the title for table 8 was reworded for accuracy and consistency with the headnote in table 9. The title of table 9 was reworded for consistency with the title of table 8.
