Figure 11.81 was replaced with the correct data points.

In table 7, the analytical procedure footnote “6” for site 118 (Cheyenne River near Plainview) for the selected procedure was deleted because this site did not have a station skew. 

In table 7, the phrase "frequency curve includes Bulletin 17B adjustment based on historical information analysis (see table 4 for information concerning historical analysis)" was deleted from the definition for footnote 1. 

In table 9, the low-outlier values for site 117 (Belle Fourche River near Elm Springs) for the selected procedure were corrected to the following: LOC=6,700 ft3/s (0 ZERO; 27 LO).

In table 9, the skew type for site 118 (Cheyenne River near Plainview) for the selected procedure was changed from “STA” to “WGHT”.
