All the tables listed in appendix 1 are contained within the Groundwater_level_data.xlsx file.  The geospatial data can be found in the following locations:

•	All the well point and contour GIS datasets listed in appendix 2 are contained within the ESRI Geodatabase  SIR_2009_5226_GEODATABASE.mdb  

•	All the well point and contour GIS shapefiles listed in appendix 2 are contained within the file SIR_2009_5226_SHAPEFILES.zip .

•	All the individual well point and contour shapefiles listed in appendix 2 are available individually within the  SIR_2009_5226_SHAPEFILES/ directory.
