Revised and reposted September 2014, version 1.1

Table 1 was revised to add two sample groupings.

The data sets for tables 2, 3, and 4 were revised. Samples were added, owing to new stable isotope data becoming available after the report was published. Thirty-seven samples were added to table 2, and values that have been revised are noted. Twenty-eight samples were added to table 3. Values in table 4 were updated.

The report is now 28 pages.

The data set for appendix 3 was revised. Fifty-five samples were added, owing to new stable isotope data becoming available after the report was published. Category names have been updated for clarity.
