An error was found in the model outputs in this report that affects the coefficients 
in MLogModel2 and MLogModel3, as previously published in May 2011. 

In table 10, for MLogModel2, the updated Hosmer-Lemshow, Pearson chi-squared, 
and likelihood ratio test values (and p-values) are 2.014 (0.981), 5.09 (0.827),
and 8.593 (0.014), respectively.

In table 10, for MLogModel3, the updated Hosmer-Lemshow, Pearson chi-squared, 
and likelihood ratio test values (and p-values) are 0.842 (0.999), 6.309 (0.789), 
and 9.928 (0.007), respectively.

Values for the diagnostic values in equations 3 and 4 have changed.

Equation 3 is now as follows:
Logit P = –21.251 – (4.949 * Log10[MR1 Outflow]) + (4.343 * [Zeu]) 		(3)

Equation 4 is now as follows:
