The permitted flow rates for point sources initially reported in table 2 were erroneous. 
The new table contains the correct rates. The scenario most likely affected by the error 
in the baseline permitted conditions would be the scenario that compares no-point sources 
with point sources (scenario 1 in table 4).  Simulations and analysis for this scenario 
were repeated using the correct volumes and table 6 and figure 16 were updated as well as 
the relevant discussion in the Effects of Point Sources on Roanoke River Water Quality section.

 
An additional analysis was performed to investigate whether other scenarios were significantly 
impacted by this error. The simulations for Alternative 6b scenario were repeated and the difference 
in simulated dissolved oxygen concentrations between the new and previous analysis was on average 0.03%.  
This difference was lower than the reported level of significant digits reported in table 9,
which remained unchanged. Therefore, no other figures or tables were updated.
