Comments and qualifications on the data:
   Records are unsuitable for analysis at less than monthly resolution due to regulation of flood flow by Lockington
   Retarding Basin since 1921.  Several months before 1920 show constant flow values, indicative of an estimated value
   for the month.

Monthly and longer averages for 72 water years are acceptable (all years except partial years).
