Comments and qualifications on the data:
   Records are unsuitable for analysis at less than monthly resolution due to diurnal fluctuation and occasional
   regulation caused by powerplant 46 miles upstream as well as small reservoirs above station.  Minor diversion
   upstream for municipal supply has negligible affect on monthly statistics.

Monthly and longer averages for 93 water years are acceptable (all years except partial years).
