INTRODUCTION TO THE HAZPAC ARCVIEW EXTENSIONS:

This folder contains several custom HAZPAC ArcView extensions and drivers, which 
have been gathered from the Environmental Systems and Resource Institute, Inc. 
(ESRI) website.  These extensions and drivers MUST NOT be moved from this 
location in the "HAZPAC_ARCVIEW\EXTENSIONS" folder; if they ARE moved, certain 
customized buttons and functions in the HAZPAC ArcView projects will not work 
properly.
