This map is highly praised by C. H. Hitchcock (1887, p. 478-481),
who notes that it was omitted from the listing by Marcou and Marcou (1884),
and comments that this "must be compared to the celebrated performance of 
Hamlet where, owing to infelicitous circumstances, the part of Hamlet was 
omitted!"
