            with each of the 34 BSP constituents.

           The file is arranged by constituent group.


Columns  Format  Contents

  1-3      A3    Constituent group short name.
   4       1X    Blank.
  5-40     A36   Constituent name.
 41-45     I5    Constituent parameter code.
   46      1X    Blank.
   47      A1    Laboratory analytical method code.
   48      1X    Blank.
 49-52     I4    Beginning water year (Oct. to Sept.) for use of 
                    laboratory method.
   53      1X    Blank.
 54-57     I4    Ending water year (Oct. to Sept.) for use of 
                    laboratory method.
   58      1X    Blank.
 59-63     F5.2  Laboratory analytical method reporting limit 
                    (see METHOD.DAT for a further description of 
                     the laboratory analytical methods).

Format descriptions:

   In    an integer field n columns wide.
   Fn.d  a real field n columns wide and d decimals.
   An    a character field n columns wide.
   1X    a single blank column.
