ArcGIS Project Read-Me

The map documents and shapefiles used to create the Study Area Maps vibracore and USACE EUSTIS borehole core map are provided on this disc.  These files can be found in the bss-shapefiles.zip file located in the ARC subfolder of the Software folder.  The map documents were created with Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS 8.3 GIS software.  Shapefiles may also be viewed with other versions of ArcView, ArcGIS, or public domain software ArcExplorer (http://www.esri.com/software/arcexplorer/index.html).
	
In the bss-shapefiles.zip file, the map documents are named BSS-vcores, CR-P-86cores and Eustis_borings.  These maps show 00SCC, CR83, P86, and the USACE EUSTIS location of vibracores and borehole core samples taken. 
BSS-vcores:

CR-P-86cores:

Eustis_borings:
point layer of USACE EUSTIS borehole locations
