NOTE for clarification:  

Table 3F (Trace elements, comparative thresholds...) page 35: the Threshold level in header says mg/L, the threshold level should say µg/L.

Table 3J (Isotopic and radioactive constituents, comparative thresholds…) page 37: the USGS parameter codes read: 99920 and 99921 for gross 
alpha radioactivity (72-hour and 30 day counts, respectively) and 99922 and 99923 for gross beta radioactivity (72-hour and 30 day counts, 
respectively). They should say 62636, 62639 (gross alpha radioactivity 72-hour and 30 day counts) and 62642, 62645 (gross beta radioactivity 
72 hour and 30-day counts).
