The Database folder contains:

The archive file DS614_GIS_FGD.zip contains an ArcGIS 9.3 File Geodatabase
containing 14 layers described in Table 15 of the accompanying report. Each 
layer contains metadata describing information specific to the layer such as
the attribute field names and descriptions, projection information, how the 
layer was developed, etc. 

The archive file DS614_GIS_Shape.zip contains the same 14 layers exported 
as ArcGIS Shapefiles. Because shapefiles limit attribute field names to 10 
characters, a few field names appear in truncated form. For example, the 
attribute field Longitude_GIS in the File Geodatabase version, will 
appear as Longitude_ in the shapefile version of the data. If using 
shapefiles, the full field name can be obtained by matching the shapefile 
field name to the first 10 characters of field names listed in the 
associated metadata.
