Field Activity Collection System (FACS) Logs

FACS logs are standardized forms used by the USGS Coastal and Marine Geology Program. For more information, see http://walrus.wr.usgs.gov/infobank/programs/html/main/facs.html. Click on the links below to access the PDF or the TXT file containing the 04CCH01 FACS log. Digital FACS logs were generated post-survey by J. Subino by listening to the audio from the survey videos and from personal accounts of the crew members. These files can also be found in the logs folder.
