Process_Description: A bias correction of -16 centimeters (value determined from instrument calibrations) was 
applied to the point-cloud data using ALPS (20140811) to account for a change in configuration parameters. 
Data are formatted into .las and .xyz files, and the derived surface data are converted into raster data (GeoTIFFs).
