The text was modified to match the wording used for 3D Elevation Program State summaries beginning in 2014.
For figure 1, the map and the figure caption have been updated. Figure 1 shows the extent of existing and planned 
publicly available lidar data as of June 2014. 

In the text box on page 1, column 1, the "Expected annual benefits" number has been corrected from $9.52 million to $9.51 million.
