OF9564.EXE is a self extracting archive of U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report OF95-0064, "Bibliography of Well-Log Applications, Cumulative Edition to September 30, 1994," by Stephen E. Prensky

Format of OF9564.EXE is MS DOS.  Format for the extracted file is a compressed (.ZIP) file, OF9564.ZIP.  Format for the uncompressed file is Microsoft Word 6.0 for DOS/WINDOWS.

Enter the name OF9564 at the DOS prompt.  The file will be self extracted in the directory where the OF9564.EXE is located.  A decompression program that recognizes the .ZIP format must be used to expand OF9564.ZIP.
