The geologic data shown on this map are derived from 
mapping published as early as 1959 and as recently as 1997.  
It also has been augmented by unpublished mapping from a 
number of sources.  This map is only a WORKING DRAFT; 
checking of the accuracy of the digitizing and coding is not 
complete, edgematching has only just begun, and unit 
correlations from map to map can only be considered 
rudimentary.

     This map is not intended as a finished product but has 
been produced to assist in the compilation process.  Any 
comments that can help us to improve this map will be greatly
