Cartographic Base
Cartographic Base:

Each button will launch SurView to view the indicated
file or set of files:

BORDER.ASX: 	draws the map border using BORDER.SHP

HYDRO.ASX: 	draws ocean and lake shorelines, and 
		rivers using HYDRO.SHP

LATLON.ASX: 	draws a 4 degree(N-S) by 6 degree(E-W) 
		latitude\longitude grid over the map area 
		using LATLON.SHP

POLIT.ASX: 	draws political boundaries using POLIT.SHP

BASE.FDL: 	draws all of the above .ASX files

(W_MASK.ASX):	draws a mask over geology in the ocean
		using W_MASK.SHP (no button)

All of these files are in /CIRCUM/SHP/BASE/
