Digital analytical data from mineral resource assessments of National Forest lands in Washington, by D.E. Boleneus and D.W. Chase. 1999. This report presents digital results of 3,927 stream sediment and rock chip samples for gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, tungsten, and uranium from national forest lands in northeast Washington. Sample results were taken from two unpublished mineral assessment reports of the Okanogan and Colville National Forests. These reports were completed in 1982 by Robert A. Grant on contract to the US Forest Service. OF99-344 contains a description of the conversion procedure used, a description and the table of the analytical results, and metadata. The files containing the text and appendices are available on one, 3.5-inch floppy diskette. The file, of99-344tex.doc contains the report with Appendix I and II. The file, of99-344.xls contains the analytical results as Appendix III. The file, of99-344_fig.jpg contains Figure 1 from the report. .
