Geologic datasets for weights-of-evidence analysis in northeast 
Washington-3. Minerals-related permits on national forests, 1967 to 1998.

The report contains digital records that describe the location and nature of 366 
permits issued on U.S. national forest land in the Colville, Kaniksu, Okanogan, 
and Wenatchee national forests. The permits consist of Plans of Operation or Notices 
of Intent to conduct minerals-related operations on forest land in conjunction with 
the U.S. Mining Laws. The digital files contain the text and appendices and are 
available on one, 3.5-inch floppy diskette. The file "of99-414.pdf" contains the 
complete report in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The file "of99-414.xls" contains 
Appendix I in a Microsoft Excel Worksheet format (spreadsheet). The file "of99-414.met"
contains FGDC-compliant metadata. The files are also available over the Internet at
