Uda-Zeya sedimentary basin (Late Jurassic) (Northern part of Russian Southeast, unit KJs) Consists chiefly of Upper Jurassic shallow-marine sandstone, siltstone, and shale, and nonmarine Lower. Cretaceous clastic rocks with coal. The structural thickness of the sedimentary rocks is about 3,000 m. The southern margin of the basin is bounded by north-verging thrust faults. The sedimentary basin overlies the Stanovoy block of the North Asian Craton (unit NSS). REFERENCES: Kirillova and Turbin, 1979.
