As shown here, there were several years in the first part of this century (notably: 1901, 1904, 1905, 1906, 1913) when the climate of region 3 was as wet, and nearly as cold, as the LGM reconstructions (at least as viewed on an annual basis - the seasonal climates could still be quite different than those of the LGM).
