BC1B 0.38 38� 02' 25.531 122� 26' 37.707 West Shoal Water depth 2.5m, shells 25cm.
GC1 2.86 38� 02' 25.712 122� 26' 39.688 West Shoal Complete penetration; gray-green mud on outside of barrel, core catcher sample; Bottom section: homogenous gray; Top section: gray and brownish sediment plus remarkable air pocket (3 cm length) in upper part, and worms in upper section too.

Magnetic Susceptibility and X-ray Descriptions

Combined graph showing higher magnetics (35) in the upper 70 cm, leveling off to approximately 20 for the lower 220 cm of the core.
