SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:

The spectrum ramps toward higher reflectance from 0.35 to 1.12 microns and gradually ramps down toward longer wavelengths. There are other absorptions at 1.48, 1.78, 1.92, 2.10, 2.27, and 2.24 microns. The 2.10 micron absorption is from cellulose.
