SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:

The spectrum has a reflectance peak at 0.476 microns and complex absorption doublet at 0.713 microns probably due to the light blue pigment. The absorptions at 1.7 and 2.3 microns are probably C-H related. Other absorptions occur at 1.14, 1.21,and 2.17 microns.
