SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:

Spectrum resembles that of alunite with a sharp band at 2.165 microns superimposed on the 2.17 micron alunite absorption. The 1.3934 micron pyrophyllite absorption is present in the 1.4 micron region as well as alunite absorptions at 1.4269 and 1.4780 microns.
