SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:
Spectrum has a 2.17 micron doublet that strongly resembles that of dickite but may be wider because of the presence of alunite. Two alunite OH overtone bands are present between 1.4 and 1.5 microns. Strong iron-oxide bands are present at 0.5 and 0.8 microns.
