Row 2 is distance from antennae in feet
Row 3 is distance from left bank in feet
Dates in column 1 are  MDD.HHMM (month, day, hour, minute)
Pairs (same date.time) of velocity are;
      along channel (row 1) and cross channel (row 2)
Velocity units are feet per second
