eq.mov is the recording from a camera set up looking along 
the San Andreas fault at Parkfield, CA. The camera takes a 
snapshot every 4-5 minutes.  On Sep. 28, 2004 at 9:53 AM 
things get magnitude-six-interesting. Watch the trees shake 
and the birds panic.  The white tubes sticking from the 
ground are meant for field observations of displacement 
both across and along the fault.  The UJNR meeting took a 
fieldtrip to Parkfield just 19 days following this event.
