Abstract:
This data set is a compilation of five hard copy reports retrieved from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in December of 2001. The data consists of a total of 90 vibracores taken by Alpine Ocean Seismic Survey between 1983 and 1989 at various locations from Sandy Hook to Manasquan.
Purpose:
The purpose of this data layer is to create a digital version of the coring data from several U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects located off the coasts of New York and New Jersey and for inclusion in the usSEABED data collection.
