Abstract:
The data consist of major element oxide concentrations for sedimentary and igneous rock samples as well as total carbon and carbonate carbon for sedimentary rock samples. Samples were analzyed for major element oxides using x-ray flouresence. Carbonate carbon and total carbon were analyzed using coulometric titration and combustion through a carbon analyzer.
