  This report contains information describing geospatial data 
  for the Lower Colorado River from Hoover Dam to the 
  International boundary.  JPEGs and their World Files and 
  accompanying metadata are available in the 
  "of2006-1141_imagery.zip" folder for aerial photography 
  from 1938, pieced together into mosaics and georeferenced 
  by comparison with orthophotos derived from 1990s aerial 
  photography.
