Process_Description:
The LIDAR GeoTIFF was too coarse to create aesthetically pleasing contours, so the first step was to run a Neighborhood Statistics operation on the LIDAR GeoTIFF. The settings for this Neighborhood Statistics were a 14x14 cell rectangle using the mean as the statistic type. This was output to a temporary raster grid.
