The title of the report was modified.  The previous title was:

USGS Global Seismographic Network–Five Year Plan 2006–2010.

The changes that were made are as follows: In the title, the USGS was spelled out, 
and a hyphen was added between five an year.

The citation was modified as well, to bring it into agreement with the title, 
United States Geological Survey was corrected to U.S. Geological Survey and two 
minor grammatical corrections were also made.
