Portland Detail Project 6013

A lot of basic information was missing from the data set.  Channels had to be created for
geology, diurnal, fid, time, and resmag.  Resmag was not calculated for this area after it was
separated out.  No regional field had been removed from the original data.  This detail 
area was fully incorporated in the larger data set but was separated out for presentation.  
It still remains in the larger set.
