Ashton #6081 & 6082A

The original totmag was deemed to be unusable and was recalculated from the resmag.  65537 was added  
to resmag on ln 20 to bring it into conformity with the other lines.
Totmag and resmag are usable but are very noisy and have sizable areas of no data.  Caution should 
be taken when using this data set.

Records containing no totmag and resmag were deleted in the magnetic file but were kept in the 
radiometric file.  

There are still problems in the mag data so the Comphrensive Model resmag was not calculated for 
this quad.
