Resmag was missing from Line 820 and 840.  Resmag was calculated for these lines only 
using IGRF 65 and a median date of April 23, 1977.  An elevation channel was created 
by sampling the topographic grid for Texas and adding it to the radar altitude.

No corrections or changes were made to the resmag in the radiometric file.
