Three tie lines had to be removed due to positioning errors that 
could not be rectified.

The line numbers did not match between the mag files and the 
rad files but there was good correlation between the files.  
Therefore, the line numbers in the mag file were changed to match 
the rad file.

Resmag in Line 21 in the rad file was interpolated through several 
sections because the character of the profile was fairly smooth.
A good exercise would be to recalculate the resmag from the totmag for 
line 21 in the rad file and copy it into the missing sections in 
Line 21 of the mag file.
