Georgetown 6010A

The resmag in the radiometric file is probably totmag.  The report states
the regional field was not removed.  However, the magnetic file was processed
at a later date removing the IGRF. 
About 40 records of data are missing for each line in the magnetic file but 
are in the rad file.  The line numbers in the mag file were changed to better 
correlate with the rad file.
