Kingman #6041 & 6042C

Totmag was absent from the mag file so it was calculated from the resmag.

Dates were not given for some lines so August 1 was selected as being about the mid-point
of the scheduled flying.

Records/lines containing no totmag and resmag were deleted in the mag file but were kept in the 
rad file.
